Concurrent to her work in schools, Su continues to work in private practice where she infuses a strength-based approach into her work with children, adolescents and adults.
Having been the Chair of the Board of Trustees, Mount Roskill Primary, for 8 years, Su has a high-level understanding of the organisational and leadership elements required to create successful schools. In her counselling role at school, Su works closely with children and parents in tailoring support. Su has a unique blend of professional and personal experience that is highly regarded by all. She is an empathetic leader who inspires change and hope.
